Directorate of Communication

The Directorate of Communication in the Catholic Diocese of Orlu serves the Church’s mission by helping the Diocese proclaim the Gospel, share its pastoral life, preserve its public voice, and communicate truthfully with the faithful and the wider society. Rooted in Christ’s command to “go into the whole world and proclaim the Gospel” (Mark 16:15), the Directorate supports the bishop, diocesan offices, parishes, institutions, and apostolates in telling the story of faith, service, worship, formation, and evangelization across the Diocese.

Guided by the Church’s teaching on social communication, especially Inter Mirifica, Communio et Progressio, and Aetatis Novae, the Directorate promotes responsible, ethical, and pastoral use of media for evangelization, catechesis, public information, and community building. Through news, digital media, documentation, publications, photography, video, website support, and other communication channels, the Diocese of Orlu seeks to bear witness to Christ, strengthen communion among the faithful, and make visible the good works of God among his people.
