Vocation Interest Promoters Association

This is an association of Christ’s faith, clergy and lay, alike, who have devoted to encouraging the bishop and the diocese in sustaining our seminarians. They render this wonderful support by prayers, financial support and moral support. Belonging to this association is completely out of one’s volition. The Bishop himself is the manager of this group, meeting with members twice every year. For more effective outreach, the Bishop has delegated Fr. Valentine Oruigbo to direct the affairs of this noble group. “And if anyone gives even a cup of cold water to one of these little ones who is my disciple, truly I tell you, that person will certainly not lose their reward” cf. Mat. 10:42.

Would you like to undertake sponsorship of either a Major or Minor seminarian of Orlu Diocese?).
SPONSORSHIP OPTIONS

MAJOR SEMINARIANS
a) Full Sponsorship: N200,000 per annum for 9years: Spiritual years; 4years Philosophy; 4years Theology
b) Half Sponsorship: N200,000 per annum for 4 years: 4years Philosophy or 4 years Theology
c) Partial Sponsorship: Any amount short of the above: monthly or yearly.
d) Extraordinary Sponsorship: Life continuous sponsorship of vocation.

MINOR SEMINARIANS
a) Full Sponsorship: N100,000 yearly for 6years
b) Partial sponsorship: Same option as with major seminarians
(Remember that God rewards abundantly those who help to produce priests)
